Use cases submitted here are reviewed by the Enterprise Requirements & Use Cases Working Group and used to inform implementation standards development, testing criteria, and policy recommendations. Any organization or individual operating or deploying a private cellular network may submit.

Enterprise Requirements & Use Cases

Receives every use case. Documents the deployment barrier, adds it to the Enterprise Use Case Library, and prioritizes it against the requirements already in flight.

Device Capabilities & Specifications

Turns the prioritized requirement into an implementation specification that device OEMs, chipset vendors, and platform providers can build against.

Test & Certification

Builds the test plan and pass/fail criteria for the new capability, and certifies devices that implement it under the ODA Enabled program.

How submissions are used

Submitted use cases are reviewed at the next relevant working group session and used to prioritize standards work, identify testing gaps, and inform ODA policy positions. Submissions are not published publicly without your consent.
